There are only two shipping choices : Pay more than what your plugs costs or wait 6 weeks... I waited 6 weeks, no package. Now I'm getting copy pasted robotic emails... I'm pretty sure I will never see a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I qualified for the free shipping without tracking and that scared me because in the past with different companies, that meant weeks or months. I got my order in less than a week and a half! They are so kind and wrote a nice message on my order sheet and also picked out the CUTEST pair of plugs, since I qualified for a free pair for spending a certain amount. I’ve done this with a past shop and received some crappy plastic ones, but on my order in the notations part (such an amazing tool to have while placing an online order) I wrote I only wore stone and glass due to allergies. They sent me the most BEAUTIFUL black stone plugs! I was blown away! They are just my style. The quality of the shipment was nothing less than perfect. The plugs themselves came in individual baggies inside a cushioned box. I can’t wait to have a reason to order again! I will be using this company and referring people constantly.

I bought 4 total size up kits to start my love stretching journey. Just used the first one at a 14g today and I love the idea of these kits. The taper tool, the included jewelry! My only concern is that nothing was labeled for the sizes. Though I must admit it's not hard to see size differences, it would be nice if you sell individual kits to let your costumers know what sizes they're actually dealing with! Love the additional free plugs and the stone plugs I purchased. Everything came in a pair, nothing missing. Thank you for allowing me to start my plug journey with your products!

To be constructive I'd like to say that order processing takes a good bit but I'm always just so excited to get my new plugs. Customer service is excellent and responds promptly and personally.

Look somewhere else if you want to even recieve your plugs. I had to leave a negative review to get them to even talk to me about the problem. Then they blame shipping.

I was abit skeptical ordering from plug your holes due to some reviews but im seriously
glad i did. Excellent service couldnt fault a thing . first of all i ordered a wrong size tunnel but they changed it for me and took about 3 weeks due to living in the uk but well worth it sent all the correct sizes definitely will be ordering from them again

Great if you got small lobes. Their jewelry ALWAYS run small in lobe space. Everytime Ive ordered the wearable area is small. An no my lobes are healthy, no blow outs. Going back to kings body jewelry instead.

I ordered plugs for my husband and unbeknownst to me I ordered him the wrong size. I was able to send back the purchase with ease in return for another size they had available closer to the size he was needing. The customer service exceeded my expectations from the beginning of the process. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for fashionable guages at a very fair price.
